What we deliver

End-to-end EPC, not bolt-on subcontracting.

Every discipline below is staffed in-house — design, project management, civil and electrical crews, commissioning engineers. You get one accountable schedule, not a chain of subcontractors.

Engineering & design

PVSyst-based yield study, single-line diagram, string sizing, mounting-structure design, civil foundation drawings, earthing and lightning protection design.

Civil & mounting

Site grading, pile driving or ballasted foundations, MMS installation, module mounting and tracker commissioning where applicable.

DC and AC works

Module DC cabling, string combiner boxes, central or string inverters, LT/HT panels, transformer yard, RMU and switchyard up to the DISCOM interface.

SCADA & monitoring

Plant-level SCADA with string-level monitoring, weather station, generation and performance-ratio dashboards, alarms to mobile and email.

Compliance & paperwork

DISCOM connectivity, CEIG, MNRE portal filings, state nodal agency submissions, project commissioning reports and COD documentation.

AMC & O&M

Signed AMC from COD — module cleaning cycles, IV curve tests, inverter health, spares, vegetation control and quarterly generation reports.

BoM we work with

Tier-1 panels and inverters — only.

A solar plant is a 25-year asset. We pick components that survive that, and we publish the BoM in the proposal so you can audit it.

Mono-PERC / TOPCon half-cut modules from listed tier-1 OEMs, with 12-year product warranty and 25-year linear performance warranty.

Inverters

String or central inverters from listed tier-1 OEMs sized for the project — with built-in DC isolators, MPPT per string and grid-support functions.

Timeline

A typical 10 MW ground-mount lands in about 9 months.

Larger plants run longer because of switchyard and transmission line works — but the sequence stays the same.

Survey & design

Site survey, geotechnical, shadow analysis, PVSyst yield study, BoM freeze.

M2–M3

Approvals & ordering

DISCOM connectivity, CEIG, MNRE filings, component ordering and logistics.

M4–M6

Civil & mounting

Site grading, piling, MMS erection, structure alignment and QA.

M7–M8

DC, AC & grid

Module mounting, DC cabling, inverter + transformer yard, switchyard, SCADA.

M9

COD & AMC

Synchronisation, CEIG inspection, COD declaration, AMC kicked off.
